Damages and issues

We offer a refund or exchange on any items that is deemed to be damaged or faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email team@mintunited.com with your order number, photos of the issues from the email address you purchased with within 14 days of purchase and our team will reply with an update within 24-48 hours.

Exchanges

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot offer an exchange of the items purchased.
