I love the ribbon attachments for allowing you to put the mask around your neck when not wearing. They are very comfortable and you don't even know you are wearing it around your neck. Sure beats taking your mask off and having to find a place to put it besides around your ear lobes which I find uncomfortable.

where are we shipping from?

Our warehouses are located in Los Angeles & California.

Can I check on my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. So you can track your order up until it’s delivered. The carrier we use is UPS. Please be mindful that UPS is experiencing delays also due to the current situation.

Can I change my mask order or shipping address?

We do our best to accommodate change orders, but it is a case by case basis. Please email us with your order number and request at team@mintunited.com

Does our mask come with a filter pocket?

All our masks are designed with a user friendly filter pocket. Each mask comes with 2 complimentary PM2.5 activated carbon filters.

What about a nose wire?

Yup! All our masks are designed with a sturdy nose wire which is moldable, and also suitable for people who wear glasses!

How many layers is our mask?

Our masks are made of 3 layers, 2 layers of organic cotton and 1 layer of PM2.5 filter (this is a 5 layer filter) (all masks come with 2 x free filters).
